TukTukGO Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows based on the rental start date and time:

Cancellation Timing — Fee
Up to 7 days before — Free
6 to 3 days before — 30% of rental fee
2 days to 1 day before — 50% of rental fee
Same day (before start time) — 100%
No-show — 100%

How to Cancel:
Please contact us in advance via:
• Reply to your reservation confirmation email
• Phone call
• Cancellation through the booking site

Important Notes:
If we do not hear from you after your reservation time, it will be treated as a no-show.
In case of severe weather (typhoon, storm warning) or unsafe conditions, we may cancel free of charge.
Refunds, if applicable, may be processed minus payment processing fees.

Date Changes:
Changes are free of charge depending on availability.
Please contact us as early as possible.

【TukTuk Rental Terms】

Article 1 (Scope)
These terms apply to TukTuk rental services provided by TukTukGO.

Article 2 (Formation of Contract)
The rental agreement is concluded when we approve your reservation request.

Article 3 (Usage Area)
The vehicle may only be used within Okinawa Prefecture.

Article 4 (Permitted Use)
Commercial use (advertising, SNS posts, filming, etc.) is permitted.
However, we may refuse use if it violates laws, public order, or safety.

Article 5 (Refusal of Rental)
We may refuse rental if:
• You do not possess a valid driver’s license
• You are under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Weather or safety conditions make rental unsafe

Article 6 (Cancellation)
Cancellation fees follow our cancellation policy.

Article 7 (Storm Warning)
If a storm warning is issued, we may suspend service for safety reasons.
Refunds will be issued for unused rental time.

Article 8 (Duty of Care)
Drivers must comply with Japanese traffic laws.

Article 9 (Prohibited Acts)
• Driving on expressways
• Unauthorized modifications
• Dangerous driving
• Subleasing to third parties

Article 10 (Accident or Breakdown)
You must immediately stop driving and contact us.

Article 11 (Liability)
The renter is responsible for damages caused by negligence.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)
We are not liable for damages caused by natural disasters or circumstances beyond our control.

Article 13 (Changes to Terms)
We may update these terms when necessary.

Article 14 (Governing Law)
These terms are governed by Japanese law.

TukTukGO Privacy Policy

We properly handle personal information in accordance with Japanese law.

Information We Collect:
• Name, address, phone number, email
• Date of birth
• Driver’s license information
• Passport information (for foreign customers)
• Payment information
• Inquiry details

Purpose of Use:
• Reservation and rental processing
• Identity and license verification
• Payment processing
• Accident handling
• Legal compliance

Credit Card Payments:
We use Square for secure credit card processing.
We do not store your credit card information.

Third-Party Disclosure:
We do not share personal information without consent, except when legally required.
