Yes. As a general guideline, children should be able to sit securely without standing up while the TukTuk is moving. We also recommend that an adult sit next to them and provide support if needed. ※Holding a child in your arms while riding is not permitted under Japanese traffic laws.
You can cancel for free if it rains. We can also accommodate changes to your rental time or date whenever possible. Even on the day of your rental, we can usually help with cancellations or schedule changes, so please feel free to contact us. Each TukTuk also comes with a rain cover, so light rain is no problem.
Yes! The seats are made of waterproof vinyl, so you can ride even when you’re wet. It’s perfect for exploring hidden beaches without showers and enjoying the Okinawan breeze after a swim. ※We thoroughly clean and dry the seats after every use, so guests who don’t go swimming can ride with confidence too.
Yes. You can drive with a valid Japanese standard driver’s license, including an automatic-transmission-only license. Most guests are ready to set off after about 15 minutes of instruction.

Yes! We have parking available, so you’re welcome to come by car. ※If you are arriving with two or more cars for a single TukTuk rental, please let us know in advance in the notes section of your reservation.
Yes, pickup is available within the Motobu area. If you’d like us to pick you up at a bus stop or your hotel, please let us know when making your reservation.
Yes. The TukTuks are covered by insurance with unlimited coverage for bodily injury and property damage. With our deductible protection plan, your maximum liability in the event of an accident is ¥70,000.
E-cigarettes are allowed. Please do not smoke regular cigarettes while driving, as the wind can blow ash onto the vinyl seats and potentially cause damage.
There is no dedicated trunk, but you can place a regular-sized bag in the footwell. For larger items such as suitcases, we can store them securely at our shop free of charge while you’re renting the TukTuk.
For advance payment, we accept credit cards. For payment at the shop, we accept cash, credit cards, QR code payments, and transportation IC cards.
No. Expressway use is not permitted. TukTuks may only be driven on regular roads.
