Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are applied based on the scheduled rental start date and time as follows:

| Up to 7 days before | Free of charge |
| 6 to 3 days before | 30% of the rental fee |
| 2 days to 1 day before | 50% of the rental fee |
| On the day (before start time) | 100% of the rental fee |
| No-show | 100% of the rental fee |
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance using one of the following methods:
- Reply to your reservation confirmation email
- Call us directly
- Cancel through the booking website
Important Notes
- If we do not receive any notice after your reservation start time, it will be treated as a no-show.
- In case of severe weather (such as typhoons or storm warnings) or if we determine that operating conditions are unsafe, we may cancel your reservation free of charge at our discretion.
- If a refund is issued, payment processing fees may be deducted.
Date Changes
Changes to your reservation date and time can be made free of charge depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.
