Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are charged based on the scheduled start date and time of your reservation as follows:

| Up to 7 days before | Free |
| 6 to 3 days before | 30% of the rental fee |
| 2 days before to the day before | 50% of the rental fee |
| On the day (before start time) | 100% of the rental fee |
| No-show | 100% of the rental fee |
How to Cancel
If you wish to cancel your reservation, please contact us in advance using one of the following methods:
- Reply to your reservation confirmation email
- Phone call
- Cancellation through the booking website
Important Notes
- If we do not receive any notice after your scheduled reservation time, it will be treated as a “No-show.”
- In cases of severe weather (such as typhoons or storm warnings) or when we determine that safe operation is not possible, the reservation may be canceled free of charge at our discretion.
- If a refund is issued, payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Changes to Reservation Dates
Changes to your reservation date and time can be made free of charge depending on availability. Please contact us as early as possible.
